Body Composition

Works with the same growth-hormone signaling as sermorelin, engineered to last longer. For when body composition is the goal.

Four therapies. Your chemistry.

Two of these restock what your body makes: NAD+ for cellular energy, glutathione for antioxidant and liver support. The other two prompt what your body signals: sermorelin and tesamorelin, working with your own growth-hormone axis. Choose your goals and your therapies. A provider reviews your history and prescribes when appropriate.

Your questions, answered.

Everything you need to know about treatment, dosing, pricing and what to expect along the way.

Q1

How do these four treatments differ?

Each is in its own territory: NAD+ for cellular energy, glutathione for antioxidant protection and liver support, sermorelin for recovery, tesamorelin for body composition. Two replenish molecules your body already makes; two prompt your body’s own growth hormone signaling.

Q2

Are any of these hormones?

None of these therapies are growth hormones. Sermorelin and tesamorelin are copies of the signal that asks your pituitary to release growth hormone. They prompt your body to make its own rather than adding any from outside, so your natural rhythm and feedback stay intact. Because they act on that axis, both follow a structured schedule rather than running continuously.

Q3

Why are some therapies cycled?

Both sermorelin and tesamorelin act on your growth hormone axis, and both build in rest, though on different schedules. Tesamorelin runs five days a week with two days off. That weekly pause is the rest, and it isn’t taken off for longer stretches. Sermorelin runs two months on, then one month off. The evidence doesn’t require that break. We build it in because the cost of a month off is small, and we’d rather be cautious with a hormone axis. Your provider sets your schedule.

Q4

Can therapies be combined?

These four therapies can also be prescribed alongside our metabolic treatments. See Bundles page for more information.

Q5

Who decides my dose and schedule?

Your provider does, and what you tell them shapes it. Nothing is locked in: as you respond, they can hold, raise or lower your dose, at no extra cost.

Q6

How long does treatment last?

There is no fixed term. Duration depends on the therapy, its protocol, your goals, and your bodily response. The timeline is yours and your provider’s to set.

Q7

Are compounded preparations FDA-approved?

Compounded medications are prepared for an individual patient, per prescription, and are not approved by the FDA. They aren’t generic or interchangeable versions of brand name drugs. Your provider will walk you through the benefits and risks before prescribing. The FDA does not review compounded preparations for safety, effectiveness or quality.
