Shipping Policy

When a licensed healthcare provider determines that treatment is appropriate and issues a prescription, eligible prescriptions may be fulfilled and shipped by one of our licensed pharmacy partners.
Our pharmacy partners generally ship eligible prescriptions within 48 hours of receiving and processing the prescription. Actual processing and delivery times may vary based on pharmacy processing, patient location, weekends or holidays, carrier service, and other circumstances outside of Vivly MD’s control.
