Bundle lengthBundle Length Is Set by Shelf Life
Protocols with a GLP-1 run three months; protocols without it run two. The difference stems from how long each preparation keeps.
Many goals need more than one therapy. These are the combinations we build around most often. Alongside your licensed provider, you will build a personalized plan with any necessary adjustments over time. These are the combinations our providers prescribe most.

This page is not medical advice and does not list every risk, interaction or contraindication for any therapy. Discuss your complete history and every medication and supplement you take with a licensed provider before starting or stopping anything.
Each therapy in a bundle carries its own risks, contraindications and side effects, and taking more than one at a time is a clinical decision. Your provider reviews your full history, your current medications and how the components interact before prescribing anything together.
In rodent studies, incretin receptor agonists caused thyroid C-cell tumors; whether this extends to humans has not been determined. Not for anyone with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2. Reported risks also include pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, kidney injury from dehydration, low blood sugar and worsening of diabetic retinopathy.
Not for anyone with active malignancy or a cancer history without oncology input, disruption of the hypothalamic-pituitary axis, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding. These therapies raise IGF-1 by design, and the long-term effects of sustained elevation are not fully known.
Neither is FDA-approved for any indication. Reported effects include injection-site reactions, headache, nausea and, less commonly, allergic reactions up to anaphylaxis. Sustained glutathione use has been associated with reduced zinc levels.
Contact your provider promptly or seek urgent care if severe or persistent side effects occur.
Everything you need to know about protocols & bundle and what to expect along the way.
Which therapies fit you – alone or together – is what you and your provider decide after a review of your history. Tell them what you’re interested in at the consultation, and they will determine the best fit.
It is due to how long each preparation keeps. GLP-1s keep longer, so three ships at once, while the others can only be shipped two at a time. It’s a shipping and shelf life reality not a clinical one.
You are only charged after a licensed provider reviews your history and approves your prescription.
It happens – that’s the point of the consultation. They may suggest something that does fit.
Bundles cover a fixed set of vials, billed once prescribed. If something isn’t working, a side effect, a dose, a therapy you’d rather stop – message your provider and they will work out the sensible next step.
Compounded medications are prepared for an individual patient, per prescription, and are not approved by the FDA. They aren’t generic or interchangeable versions of brand name drugs. Your provider will walk you through the benefits and risks before prescribing. The FDA does not review compounded preparations for safety, effectiveness or quality.
